Jeff Garber is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of legal experience, in both the private practice and in-house general counsel roles, with a strong focus on business, government, real estate, development and construction, finance and insurance matters. He served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for a major corporation, guiding complex corporate business involving energy, mineral, and infrastructure transactions and regulatory matters. He was also the General Counsel for a large government entity, where he oversaw major litigation, water and energy projects, and various complex agreements. Jeff holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.A. in English from Rutgers University.
